Costs

Therefore, it would be presumptuous to establish a fixed rate without a proper assessment. The surface area will directly affect the cost. The size, number of rooms, and workstations are all taken into account.
Frequency will influence the price, as the workload for weekly maintenance will be less than for monthly or bi-weekly maintenance.
The tasks requested may influence the amount to be paid per visit. Requests such as window cleaning or plant watering, for example, may slightly increase the cost.
